Dear Yogis, all classes are in English or can be taught Bilingual in English/Spanish/German You'll find a description of each class below including a language sympol which means (E) = class is taught in English, (S) = class is taught in Spanish and (E/S) = class is taught bilingually in English & Spanish.
Please note that the studio door is closed when class begins. If you are late, unfortunately, you won't be able to join the class. To join a class, please come at least 10 minutes before the scheduled beginning. No pre-registration necessary.

Yin & Yang Yoga | 60 min. Half Yin and half Yang - we start out soft with long held Yin Yoga postures - passivly stretching our deep tissues & breathing helps to circulate subtle energy through the body and become comfortable in your skin. The second part of the class is energising to get your body moving and ready to take on the world - we wake the muscles up with a more playful, lively practice to strengthen your body and give it a dose of natural caffeine. Great for beginners and advanced Yogis as there are variations for you both :) Good morning to you! Level: all levels
Hatha Flow Yoga | 75 min. This class is a mix of Vinyasa Flow & Hatha yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of a slow flowing postures (each class is different) that increase strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness. Within the flow, poses are held longer for an experience at a deeper level. It's an energising, cleansing and heat building practice for the physically active - this class introduces inversions and more challenging backbends, arm balances and breath work. If you're craving a strong complete practice, then this is for you. We offer variations to make the practice accessible for newer students but knowing the basics is helpful. Level: some experience is recommended.
Rocket Yoga | 75 min. This vibrant routine is based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. It's an energetic and invigorating style of yoga that will make you sweat! Linking movement with breath, this quick and dynamic vinyasa flow practice is designed to wake up the nervous system and feed it precious Prana. You will be encouraged to play with inversions (headstands, handstands etc) and to explore modifications of the classical poses to suit your practice. Level: advanced
Soft Yoga | 75 min. This soothing practice focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation at the end of a busy day or busy week. Focus will be on gentle movement and soft stretching to balance energy, clear tension and restore vitality. We'll use a balanced sequence of active poses, still restful poses and guided relaxation to bring a sense of peace and calm to body, breath and mind. Level: No experience necessary.
Yin Yoga | 60 min. mornings and 75 min. evenings This is an all-levels meditative class of calming poses and focus on relaxation and stress reduction. Poses are held for longer allowing the fascia (deep connective tissue) to open. Although not a complicated physical practice, for some it can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. While stretching, lengthening and breathing into all parts of our body we learn to quiet the mind, practice turning inwards and finding peace and calm - physically and mentally. You will leave relaxed and ready to float through the rest of your day or evening. Level: No experience necessary.

First come, first serve philosophy - no registration or bookings for yoga classes are possible.
We allow maximum 14 students inside the Yoga room. First 14 persons who enter the Yoga Studio receive a mat space.
If you arrive to a class with all 14 spaces already taken, we cannot be made responsible. Please choose another class and come early enough to secure one of our 14 spaces.
